Turnaround time: Custom cookies can take at least 3 days to make, so we require 10 days notice to allow for baking, icing, and drying.

Payment: You will receive an official quote. Once that quote is accepted, we require full payment at the time of booking.

Changes: Changes are allowed 7 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes after 7 days before the delivery date will incur an additional charge and may affect the delivery date.

Refunds: Refunds offered if cancelled 14 days prior to the requested delivery date. Refunds will not be offered after that date.

Pick-up: We can arrange both pick up and delivery. There may be an additional delivery charge if address is more than 25 miles from Bothell, WA.

Shipping: Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of Washington

Broken Cookies: The cookies will be provided without any breaks and we will ask you to inspect them at pick up/delivery. We are not responsible for any broken cookies after they have been accepted by you.
